How do I submit a song?

• Submit your songs, each week by midnight on Thursday, by emailing items 1-6 below to: SWWsongs @ gmail.com.
• Every Thursday a new phrase is posted to use as the title or line in a song you write, record, and share. You have a week from that Thursday to submit your new song.

Please read before submitting your weekly songs:

1. AUDIO/MOVIE- all songs must be submitted in either mp3 format or as a movie file (you can upload to youtube and send us the embed HTML).
2. LYRICS- in your submission email, include the full song title & lyrics typed.
3. NAME- also include the songwriter’s first and last names.
4. PHOTOS- submit a visual to go along with your song post, you may also include a photo of the songwriter for the bio.
5. OPTIONAL (but recommended)- attach a 3-5 sentence bio about the writer and link to your band website.
6. I AGREE- By submitting your song to songwriterweekly.com you confirm that all music and lyrics submitted are your original work and give your permission to post your work to this public site. All rights and copyright regarding your song submission are credited to you, the songwriter.

When will my song be revealed on songwriterweekly.com?

• Your song will be added to SongWriterWeekly usually within 24 hours from the time you emailed your song to SWWsongs @ gmail.com. To speed up the process, be sure your email includes items 1-6 listed above. Thank you!
